2019 Annual Company Meeting

An employee’s meeting happening annually that’s different every year but always with the same goal: create and materialize it based on a concept that reflects the Super Bock Group’s message.

The 2019 edition actually started at the end of 2018.

After the first briefing our challenge was clear: come up with the 2nd impossible, since the 1st had already happened in 2016, and with it create something fun and engaging for the 1400 people that were part of the company. This time we wanted to bring all the attention to the People. We’re all the same but different, so what better to fulfil this 2nd impossible goal than everybody (who wanted to enrol) showing off their unique talent.

And so it was: we created a concept and a contest; we had castings all over the country in almost all the different Super Bock Sites; we had a jury evaluating and voting; and at the end we had the top 5 talents performing at the day of this annual meeting.

A fun day with not only important meetings happening but also with space for some fun - team building activities, SBG brands activations and performances. At the end, we celebrated the People and their Uniquenesses’s with a Revenge of the 90’s party.
